    House 1830-Rogers, AR.-
Let’s start with the service: Rebekah, seen us sitting waiting for the 5pm dinner service to start and invited us in a couple minutes early. Bryan was amazing with his recommendations, and explanations of the food. Binh, the owner was out front doing what the owner should do… greeting, coming to tables checking on customers, describing the dishes and recommending food.
The Food: the cuisine is South East. the prices were upscale but the taste, quality and presentation matched perfectly. The salad was colorful and vibrant. It’s all hand sliced very thinly to ensure cohesion. The Salmon was properly seasoned and cooked. It was soft and flaky on the inside while crisp on the outside side. The Starters were excellent. Desserts were worth the wait. So save room. I never give a 10 of 10 because that takes an act of God, or his joining for the meal. But the sticky rice seemed as though he whispered in my ear.
The Spot: the atmosphere had soft lighting, comfortable over all, and exceptionally clean.
    My Rating: 9.2

Dang dude! We loved this place! The atmosphere is nice with good decor chronicling the history of the restaurant and features an open kitchen. The staff were highly knowledgeable of the menu and attentive to our table. The recommendations they made did not disappoint. We ended up doing the niece’s platter which featured two appetizers and two entres. The appetizers in this platter are fresh Vietnamese spring rolls and the mini bahn xeo which are a refreshing explosion of so many great flavors.
The entres were the choo chee salmon and the street fried rice. The salmon comes with a spicy coconut glaze that is a wonderful southeast Asian flavor. The street fried rice is a hidden menu item that is a MASSIVE serving size and tastes great.
We decided to do the full date night experience so we did indulge in dessert and cocktails. Our libations were the lychee martini and the house 1830. Both were refreshing but with a good amount of alcohol too! For dessert, we chose the pandan waffles with ice cream which was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The perfect waffle consistency in my opinion.
We will be back with friends to try the steak next time!

Caveat: we came on a Wednesday night and I felt like our servers were able to give more time to our table than may be ordinarily possible. Even so, a great experience was had!

What a fun dinner experience!! The salad rolls appetizer was great. The presentation is amazing for all their dishes. The room was filled, but you don't have to talk loudly, or struggle to hear. The well-fitted kitchen area is open, and it's spotless. I ordered the works Pho, the big pork rib was so tender. My husband had the salmon with curry. He loved it. I've got lots of leftovers! It is a bit pricey, but we're going to have more date nights here to try more items on the menu!

Just a fantastic meal. The service was excellent. Everyone was very attentive. We opted for the favorite niece course for two. The shrimp crepe, spring roll and salmon were prepared perfectly. We really enjoyed our meal! We look forward to trying many more items from the menu. They also have such a fun and unique cocktail menu.

We came for dinner on a Saturday evening. I'd recommend reservations, as they were very busy. Unbelievable Spring Rolls and peanut sauce, they are by far our favorite appetizer there. Fresh shrimp and herb flavor, just amazing! (Not pictured)

I enjoyed the Salmon with Jasmine Rice and a sweet n spicy cream coconut sauce that was awesome!

He had the Beef Bowl with noodles and fresh veggies, with amazing flavor, authentic flavors n spices and perfectly cooked.

You should absolutely stop by this restaurant in Downtown Rogers, great date or fun group spot, fun seasonal cocktails, and eventually a big patio!
