We tried Hinachi & Sushi for the first time today and OMG it was amazing. We have been a long time for oriental food like this in Siloam Springs. My wife had the steak and chicken and I had the shrimp…… it was all so good. The portion size was very hearty. The harumaki rolls were so good too. No double we have a new favorite oriental restaurant now.

The food here is pretty good and the portion sizes are good as well. The service and experience was a little strange for a dine in though. The woman at the counter was very friendly, it was just a little strange how our food came in to go boxes (more about that below).

First of all - their sushi rolls are pretty good and they're very reasonably priced which was unexpected. Their California roll was like $4 and the other spicy volcano roll we got was $10. The spicy roll wasn't too spicy but it was really good- and it was twice the size of the California roll so I could see why the price was higher. I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi plate and I believe it was around $12 which is very reasonable in my opinion.

Secondly, if you're expecting a hibachi experience, that's not what you're getting here. You sit in booths and they bring the food to you. I was a little disappointed by that but glad the taste of the food made up for it.

The weirdest part was that ALL of the food was brought to us in to go boxes, making it somewhat hard to eat and share with each other. We had to ask for plates and ask for containers for soy sauce and Wasabi for our sushi. The woman at the counter was VERY friendly though and didn't mind bringing extra stuff to us. It was just not the experience we were expecting. I guess the one nice thing was that we had quite a bit of food leftover and we didn't have to ask for boxes to take them home. I

Excellent hibachi and delicious inexpensive sushi! The sushi rolls are shorter than I've had, but bigger around. I can barely eat a whole one. I had the crunchy crab and the California rolls, at $3.99 each...a bargain! And they were very good. I got them to go, and they did not come with Wasabi or ginger. I've had the hibachi steak, which comes with delicious grilled veggies and fried rice. Definitely enough for two, and only $10! Everything is very reasonably priced, and now they are open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner! I haven't tried eating in, but it did seem warm inside. Fast service, too.

I had really been looking for an excuse to give this place a try. So ,I ordered through Bite Squad the other evening. Really looking forward to some Sushi, Ordered some Hibachi for the wife and a couple of different Sushi offerings for myself. This was a dinner order placed about 5pm. About 5:30 I get a phone call from Bite Squad, They had been informed that Siloam Hibachi & SUSHI had completely run out of all SUSHI. Very disappointing. Do better guys! According to your name Sushi is half your business.
