Pasta La Vista

This place is amazing! Wife had the Chicken Cacciatore with no mushrooms and it was amazing, I got the Angel Hair Pasta Carbonara with Chicken and its was fresh, fantastic, clean flavors. I stand by my 5 star review of this little Gem. Fantastic salads! And let me warn you. Quantities are PLENTIFUL. You will have to force yourself to stop eating or at least I did. Our two entrees, two salads only came out to $24. Unreal.

From one Italian to another, or from one Italian to just the average Italian food lover........the gentleman cooking the food in this truck is amazing! We understand he was an exec chef/owner of a couple of other restaurants here in the past. So far, aside from my own meatballs from my grand father's recipe, the food from this place is the best Italian in NW Arkansas! I highly recommend you give it a try.

The food is very good and they give you a lot of food. We have eaten here several times amd it's always great.

New(ish) to the Bella Vista food truck scene is Pasta a La Vista, an “old school” Italian option that has been desperately needed in Bella Vista. While their menu and hours are limited the food is good and in descent portions including some “family size” options. They are only open for dinner except on Saturday when they also do lunch.
