Pieology Pizzeria Siloam Springs

This is wonderful pizza! I love how it's made fresh! Every pizza is formed in front of you, as you pick out your crust (my fav is extra thin and crunchy) and choose from many fresh toppings. They also build fresh salad with lots of different add in choices. The walls display many uplifting and positive quotes and phrases that we always enjoy reading and discussing as we wait for our yummy pizzas to arrive. The restaurant is clean and bright.

I really enjoyed eating at this place. It was new to me, and turned out to be a fun experience. It's a lot like subway, only making pizzas! You pick the type of crust that you would like (it is fresh dough), and then add any type of sauce, veggie, and meat. They even had cauliflower crust, for people who are gluten free. My daughter-in-law got one and we all tried a bit of it. I was so surprised! It was very crisp and had no strange flavor at all. I honestly would not have known that it wasn't just a super thin and crispy pizza crust if she hadn't told me. I had a thin crust with garlic oil and a bit of marinara sauce.I topped this with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil leaves, and a bit of bacon. It was delicious! We also had a dessert pizza with cinnamon and mini chocolate chips. It was a hit! Everyone at the table liked what they had. The only caution I have is that we went on a Sunday after church, and it was very busy. So it took a long time to get through the line. But it was worth it and a fun experience.

Great food! Great atmosphere! Pick your own pizza toppings, crust, etc. Lots of options and it all tastes fresh and delicious. Don't have one in the town where we live, but it is worth the drive for us sometimes just to eat there. Would like to see them open more locations - especially in the Tulsa area!

Perfect tasting pies for under 10 bucks... I think so!! Very happy employees making awesome pizza

Good single serve pizza. Reasonably priced pizza with plenty of options. Good atmosphere and good food. Drinks are a bit pricey. Expect to pay around $25 for a meal for two.
