The Grove Entertainment Complex

Drive by a lot, didn’t know they were more than just comedy. I heard they had lunch so we stopped in to check it out. Turns out they are a restaurant, bar, and event venue. They have all sorts of things going on, but this review is of the lunch.

Stopped in for lunch on Friday to check out their special. They have $5 philly steak and fries on Fridays at lunch. They have other deals on other days too, but we had our eyes on the prize.

Walked in and was greeted as expected and offered a seat. Quickly offered drinks and given a menu. This might all sound standard, but for those of you that are like us and have to get back to work, speed is almost as important as the food.

Got 3 of the specials and they came out quick, and delicious. They didn’t skimp on meat being the $5 special. I also think they had the perfect ratio of steak to peppers and onions.

So final thoughts?

Had a quick lunch, at a great place, and unbeatable price. We will be back.

Oh and they have Coke Zero.

Absolutely great place. The comedy was hilarious, food was great, service was amazing. Will definitely be going again soon.

So impressed with The Grove! The crowd was amazing and the place was packed both nights of the Funniest Comedian in the Heartland competition. Each contestant was of the highest caliber. Bill, the owner, was super generous and hospitable to all of us. The staff was incredible, as well. I highly recommend The Grove.
