Rated three stars for atmosphere and food. The food is good, but the wait is often astronomical. Drinks with friends here is great unless you want your cup full, as it isn't happened yet. I've given it 3 attempts. It has so much potential, but 10 plus minutes for a drink refill and 35 minutes for a meal in Rogers AR is outside my comfort level. I don't have time for that ????
Came for lunch, it was busy but they were able to sit us rather quickly. Overall, staff seems friendly and the atmosphere is nice! I ordered the classic burger with an order of fries (sides are a separate charge), as well as a cookies and cream shake. Fries were good, not special, but good. Same can be said for the shake. The burger was decent if not for the fact that the meat was overcooked and dry. The toppings looked fresh! Also to note, there seems to be a great selection of local beer. I’m hoping it was just a one time off on the overcooked burger. Seems like a nice place to come and hangout for a bit.
Good burgers, quiet atmosphere. Feels a bit more upscale than it is. Turns out to be a good burger joint, especially for small groups. Some may consider it pricey since the burgers aren't massive to match the price but the food is really good.
Big Orange is delicious and the food tastes fresh. The atmosphere is really fun, it’s a great place to catch up with friends or for date night. I like that it’s in the mall so it’s a convenient place to stop by when you’re shopping. The staff is also really friendly.
Pretty pricey, but the food was very good.
The quality of the handmade stuff was some of the best in this area, the spicy pimento cheese burger specifically was incredible. The sides being sold separately is a bit of a down side, but the sides are adequately large. Overall, a very good burger place with friendly staff who accommodated a pretty large party of me and my coworkers.
