I don't know what waiter or waitress you'll be assigned but the waiter we got, he seemed pretty cool to me. Good service, and good food.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining in this particular Outback on numerous occasions. I’ve been very happy with my service and food quality. Great place and well managed. I have ordered takeout from here as well. We had an issue with our order last week and had to return it. Mistakes happen - we understand. The manager, Marcus, truly went the extra mile to make things right. With a reputation of service such as this, you can’t go wrong. They will literally do everything within their power to make your experience at this Outback as memorable and tasty as possible. Great staff and management - we will be back.

My daughter and I had a wonderful meal today! I had never been to Outback and it was delicious! Our waitress K'dee was so energetic and friendly! We will definitely be back!

Great food and an excellent selection from appetizers to dessert. An excellent kid's menu and steaks prepared as ordered. The best prime rib for the price in NW Arkansas. I especially enjoy the chop salad and get it for take out frequently. The staff is very efficient and friendly; especially, K'Dee.

Really disappointed in dinner tonight. From the start the hostess had an attitude problem when we asked to sit in the bar. Next we ordered and the waitress didn’t know which steak was cooked medium and which was cooked medium rare. Then immediately I notice that my medium steak is WELL done. It took about 7-10 minutes before anyone asked if everything was ok. Never asked if we needed sauce or anything else either. So I went ahead and started eating my sides and shrimp. Waiter came back and offered to make another steak, but by this time what’s the point? I’m about full, didn’t want to wait and have everything else get cold, didn’t want my friend to eat alone. The waiter has been nice, but that’s about it. *******Update: manager listened to complaint bits and comped the meal. It doesn’t fix the experience, but it was a nice gesture.
