12/14/2019 we celebrate birthday party. We ordered black forest cake. Everybody praised it and they told cake quality is Rich, tasty and yummy. We are very much happy to share this moment.

I wanted to surprise my fiancé (working in the area) with an Avengers cake for his birthday since I was going to visit . I live in Fayetteville, NC. Didn’t know anything about the area but I know and trust Google! Exceptional customer service! Quick response to inquiry and questions via their website and email. Elizabeth was very patient and professional (thank you!). I picked up the cake at the Rogers location and was not disappointed! The cake was fresh and delicious! He was surprised and loved the cake!

Employee was so nice. She gave me good ideas to help me make my decision. The birthday cake for my daughter-in-law was beautiful and totally delicious!! I will definitely return.

I've had many great experiences with Rick's Bakery. Ive tried several of their birthday cakes each with their own unique design, each delicious and well made and decorated. My friend did have one underwhelming experience with them but they were able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently the morning of the party. All of the employees I've encountered there have been very kind and helpful. Will recommend on the future.
