Actually much better and convinceable service than their neighbor

I broke every bone in my body cause of the slippery floor which would usually make me write a bad review about this place but then something beautiful happened... one of the employees kissed my hand and I was instantly cured of all afflictions and ailments. I don't know what they have to do to get this job but literally best service I have ever had. 10/10 would eat here again purely out of the service

When picking up my order at the window, my drink was incorrect. No problem, I reminded them what my order was and waited while they re-fixed my drink. A few minutes later as I was back on my way in heavy traffic, I took my first drink....and it was the original incorrect order. Nothing like having to drive out of my way wasting time I don’t have to spare to pay...again...for a drink:-(

Love the app, the food is usually about 99% right, they do make mistakes but it’s pretty rare. Customer service is definitely Chick-Fil-A’s main priority cause it is always the same no matter with location I go to. The place is always packed, so you know the food is darn good!
