Everything was great except the bun on the burger fell apart , very satisfied with the service and food

Food & service was great. But hardly anyone wore a mask. The waitress did, but 2 people in kitchen did not, one of which ran the cash register for everyone paying their bill. Most the customers acted like they were regulars, no masks. And only 1 table of 4 women and a table of 2 women wore masks. No one was reminded to mask up. There was a sign on the door that stated the govenor's mask order. But EVERYONE ignored it.

I love this little cafe. The service is excellent and the food delicious. If I’m out working and want a good quality meal, I call Top Rock. If you’re in town and want to eat some place, Top Rock is the place for you.

First time here and it was great. I had the open faced roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes, green beans, and Mac and cheese. The beef was cooked well and very tender, and there was a good amount of it too. The Texas style toast was buttered and toasted nicely. Good brown gravy. My wife had a cheeseburger with onion rings. They were excellent as well. They run the kitchen well from what I can see, and they change their fryer oil like they should. From another person's review I saw they mentioned the bread pudding so we tried it and we both agreed that it's the BEST bread pudding we've EVER had. Seriously. And I've sampled my fair share of it! Cassy was our server and she was wonderful. She helped make my first visit exceptional. We will definitely be back.
