Basecamp is a cute little coffee shop just outside of the chaos of downtown Eureka Springs.
This was suggested to us when we attempted to go to Eureka springs coffee shop. (We literally could not find parking anywhere near the Eureka Springs Coffee Shop.) First the good. Because it's outside the main drag you will not find nearly the crowds here. This is a nice new building with wood trim and a light airy feel. There were very few people here while we were looking for a quiet place to have lunch. It's really relaxing and beautiful inside.
Okay now the not so good. The coffee was just ok. The smoothies are disappointing, pretty sugar-filled drinks that tasted like corn syrup. I can't recommend coming here for food, it is very average. I'd agree with the previous reviewer that didn't recommend the BLT sliders. The guacamole as advertised is homemade, which it may be, but it is nothing special. Everything that we ordered, including baked items, seem like they were straight from the grocery store. A good quality chef or short order cook would quickly change this from a 3 to a 5 star place. It appears to be run by high school or college students. Service is also very slow, especially for a coffee shop. I look forward to coming back when they've upped their food game.

Really cool coffee shop that’s spacious, inviting and the food is out of this world! Internet is fast and works well with multiple devices and a nice spot for work meetings on zoom. The natural light that comes into this place is amazing. The Bison Burger was amazing, pastries were amazing, coffee was the best my wife and I ever had….I’m pretty sure you can’t go wrong with the food, we tried a smorgasbord of it all and it just kept amazing our tastebuds!

Cool place to hangout that’s off the beaten path and is connected with nature. Some menu items are pricey, but for good reason, everything we tried on there was phenomenal. Definitely worth a visit if you want a cool Internet cafe spot to hangout at or if you need some quality coffee that makes Starbucks taste like the free coffee at the hotel! Don’t forget to grab you a bite to eat, they have great breakfast and lunch options!

Coffee is good, nice offerings. Counter sweets and bites were excellent, better than normal Cafe offerings. They have a full menu and I an sure is great based on my selection with coffee. It was a mile or 2 but worth it with no lines. Cool place and ppl are nice.

My husband and I came to Eureka Springs for a mini getaway before the school year started (we're teachers!) and Basecamp was our favorite part of our trip! The atmosphere is so inviting and the coffee was great! As a millennial I'm embarrassed to say I'm well versed in the world of avocado toast, but the avocado toast I had at Basecamp was the best looking and best tasting avocado toast I've ever had 🥑🍞👌

Cute, comfortable coffee shop outside Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Slightly overpriced. We ordered the Applewood Smoked Bacon BLT sliders for $12. Super small. We also got a bacon brown sugar cookie that’s as literally hard as a rock. The coffee was great, though! I tried the Sparkler Latte which is Mexican chili and whit chocolate. So good! My wife had the Ozark Chili Mocha, which was terrific as well. The oatmeal cookie sandwich was the best treat we tried. Delicious! Facilities and bathrooms are clean, and the staff are really nice and helpful. We will definitely visit again when we’re in Eureka Springs!
