    While the two Chick-fil-As in Arkadelphia are difficult to get to, they're always fantastic.

    I do work for OBU (Ouachita Baptist University) & for a name brand chain on campus it is very good & convenient.

    TL;DR - This is a college Chick Fil A. You've gotta take what you can get.

    5 stars from the student's perspective of "thank goodness we have a Chick Fil A on campus!"

    4 stars if you are a visitor, for these reasons:
    - Prices are higher than your average CFA in order to compensate for students making purchases with their prepaid ID cards.
    - The food is often not as fresh as your average CFA. Instead of being served directly, the food is placed into a bin from which students grab the food they want.
    - Service is far slower during rush hours than your average CFA.
    - The quality and taste isn't quite up to par with standalone CFA locations.
