For started we had a amazing waiters name Lisa she has a great personality a big smile. we order our food it didn't even take long to get it. I wish we could have more people like her we sure will be coming back when we in the route and Lisa I hope u have a awesome day thanks for a great service

Anyone that has seen enough of my reviews know that I'm always honest about my reviews. Won't sugarcoat anything. Great atmosphere, friendly and outgoing staff that is very personable. Food was pretty good. Cook was all but spot on. Hamburger steak was more medium than medium rare and the hashbrowns a little crispier than I like. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars.
The highlight though was Lisa. Very friendly, high talkative, outgoing, and on her game. After 21 years of her being there, that says something about her and how much she enjoys working there.

The food was good but the service was even better! Ordered a taco salad and was talking with our waitress, the best, and she said their catfish was so good. She went above and beyond and brought me a piece to try and I ordered some to go just bc of her bringing me that piece. It was good and I'm a southern girl who is picky about the fish I eat...but it was good!!! Hubby said burger was good, so big he could barely eat it all. The parking is huge, it does need work, has potholes but as long as you drive slow is ok, there is paid parking on the pavement. Only like 15 spots tho

The restaurant is amazing. The pork chops and eggs is the best. With the chicken fried steak coming in close second

Showers are clean and so are the restrooms

Hidden gem of a truck stop. Had planned on stopping further down I30 but saw the massive parking lot and restaurant. Glad I chose to stop. The food was excellent and the staff so friendly. Will definitely make it a regular stop when I'm on this route. Gonna try a shower in the morning. Reasonable price at $10.
