Halcomb's Steaks & Grill

The place is really clean inside and they make fresh pork rinds that are really good. I don't like okra but my wife says the fried okra was perfect and my burger was delicious, I'm pretty sure the burgers are hand pressed from fresh beef. Definitely worth stopping by if your on the road.

This is a fantastic little restaurant. The pork cracklings were the best ever. The fried catfish was fresh and buttery on the inside and crispy on the outside. The fried okra was perfect and not too bready. The fried green beans were crisp and bright. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the flavor was succulent - no sauce needed. Even if you have no reason to go to Corning, Arkansas, find one just so you can eat here!

If you are ever in the area, stop here. Traveling through, stopped and had amazing food. Their chicharrones were to die for, rib eyes freshly cut and delivered that day, home made pies. Do NOT miss out. Stop and eat.

A wonderful little gem. A friend introduced me to this place and I will literally drive thirty minutes a couple times a week for the food. It's got a great little diner style menu (burgers, sandwiches, couple of plate options). If you find yourself in Corning and you skip this place you've done yourself a real disservice.

We almost didn't stop here because it is a tiny building and very view reviews, but we decided to try it out and would definitely recommend to anyone to stop and enjoy.

The waitress was very prompt, the food was better than I could ever explain. I do not usually give detailed reviews unless it's a bad review but I had to on this one.

I've eaten at Texas Roadhouse, Colton's and many others and none of them compared to Holcomb's. I would give it 10 stars if possible. Thanks for reading.
