Ortega’s Mexican Restaurant

My family enjoying their food. Service is good sometimes. Sometimes not so good. But overall we've had great food and good service.

The place is nice, the staff is very attentive and courteous the servings are well proportioned, had a good meal with the family . Our waiter went out of his way to keep our party well serviced. Didn't catch his name but he done a good job. Will remember it for next time. The food is TexMex so don't expect real Mexican dishes. Still good though.

Ortega’s, is sometimes good and sometimes meh. This visit the meal was meh. I ordered street tacos minus chorizo that was it. Wife ordered rice and beans and we had 2 unsweet teas. The cooks and waitress were slacking. The cooks should have never put obvious bad food on a customer’s plate ever. The waitress should have took it off and requested a new sliced avocado not deliver it to the table. I will update with pics tomorrow.

We had stopped eating here for years . Decided time to give them a second chance and we eat here 2 to 3 times a week. The entire family loves this place. Most definitely get what you pay for.

Food is always good. Our waitress was a little frazzled and forgot to bring our cheese dip we ordered. When she brought our ticket we asked that she take that off since we didn't get it and she said oh did I not bring it. I felt bad for her. I hope her day got better.
