Fazoli's

Our server, Yancy, made our experience amazing. His attitude and customer service were impeccable. The food was delicious, but great customer service makes your experience at any eating establishment x10 better. Way to go Fazoli’s and thank you Yancy for treating us so kindly. We will definitely be returning and hopefully he’ll be working when we do.

Our server, Yancy, was probably the most professional server I've ever had the pleasure experiencing. Im serious people. I felt like I was at a five star restaurant with how nice this gentleman was. The food was good and the drinks were cold, but this man made our experience just amazing. He presented out cups like they were the Queen's crown, with both hands like knighted professional server. I swear this guy needs to be the manager or something. He is simple too nice and sincere to be taking orders. I just hope he sees this review and knows how awesome he was. If you are served by my boy Yancy, then please be respectful and have an amazing day!!!!

clean store, pleasant staff.
food was out quick and breadsticks were plenty.
plus the fancy soda machine with all the options.

Very good food. Hadn't had Fazoli's in a long time & this hit the spot. Staff was kind & courteous as well.

The lunch was delicious! Most importantly, our waiter was awesome! His name in Yancy Brown Jr. and by far the best encounter we have had with a waiter from any restaurant. He is polite, has great manners and a perfect attitude! Keep it up Yancy...you will go far!!
