Cafeteria style dine-in (they also have a to-go counter that is separate from the dine-in line). Amazing flavor for meats and sides. We will definitely be back.

Delicious! Special Ops sandwich is legit, has multiple meats on it. Definitely worth it. The chopped chicken sandwich is good too. It's chopped a lot into cubes so it's hard to keep it all in the bun so get a fork to eat the bits that fall out. Prices are good too. For what you get for price is better than some local BBQ places around. The potatoes are smoked and huge. Baked beans and green beans are excellent as well. The sauces are good, I surprisingly really liked the Apple BBQ sauce. The building is very nice, clean, and plenty of seats. Must try in Jonesboro!

Some of the best meat smoked meat around. The rib meat fell right off the bone, and the brisket had an indescribable smokiness to it. The sausage was also very good. I could eat their smoked beans ALL DAY. The one thing I would have liked is the option to have my bread toasted. The bread I ate was very soft. Otherwise, the meal was stupendous!

This new restaurant was pretty good. We tried the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches. Both were rather hearty helpings on the meat. The flavor between the two meats were indistinguishable but were good. The sides we had were rather good as well. We will return to try different meats and sides.

Visited this new barbecue restaurant in town for dinner and placed an order to go. We have tried most of the meats and sides on the menu but not all of them. All of the food was very good and they prep the meat by slicing or chopping right in front of you and they package all of the sides right in front of you as well. Try the Special Ops for a taste of nearly every type of meat. I also like the fact they ask you if you want lean or moist brisket.

My only issues so far is that most barbecue places have plates and/or platters that you can purchase but everything here is purchased separately except with the Special Ops where you get a side. It can be a bit pricey because of this, as noted by some other reviews.

Overall, a good barbecue spot and I would go back for more.
