Southern BBQ Hilltop

We stumbled upon this gym on a Sunday after church. The ribs and the brisket were great. All the sides were tasty too. It's a great place to eat and we will definitely be back. We are everything 😋

I ate a pulled pork sandwich before, it was GOOD. So I decided to try the ribs....not good. The ribs were warm and the sauce wasn't bad. The ribs tasted as though they were cooked in the oven. They did not fall off the bone AT ALL! I was born and raised in Memphis and I thought I had hit the JACKPOT! I had a to go order and I didn't get any napkins or utensils. I'm not going to give up on this restaurant. I'll will try some other items

Ate at this barbecue restaurant after it was suggested to me. I originally went for the brisket but was told it was sold out. I then asked for chicken but told it was sold out as well. After that, I ordered a rib appetizer, catfish with fries, and a smoked bologna sandwich with onion rings. All of the food we got was good and I would order each dish again.

The only issue I had was guessing what I could order. It would be nice if there was a board that noted what was sold out or if you were told beforehand what they were out of at the time. It is a new restaurant however so I'm sure there are some kinks to work out. I would visit it again.
