    I love to eat here but it would be nice if they could get my order right! I don't know how many times I've done the rapid pick up and gotten out to my car and had to go back in bc wrong dressing or wrong food. Come on Panera!

    Friendly staff. My cashier was knowledgeable.Salad was skimpy for the money paid. Also forgot my side item.

    We just arrived in Jonesboro for the ACA Rodeo and stopped at Panera Bread Co. for a quick bite. Nathan Freeman greeted us, took our order, & visited with us & our rowdy 18 month old. We are small business owners & know the meaning of good customer service. Nathan went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Nathan!
