    My family (8 total) went to the Madden Crab tonight for a celebratory dinner. The food was excellent!!! It was fresh, well seasoned, good portions, and their heat range is spot on. I got the Madden Special for my boil and it was the perfect balance of garlic butter and cajun. Service was awesome, and the dining area was spotless. We will definitely be back!!

    First trip was good! Food and service was great! Second trip was horrible. We were seated for 15 minutes and never seen a waiter or waitress. Went back again. Food was excellent and service was outstanding!Have made a couple of trips now and food plus service has been great!

    Our experience today at The Madden Crab was very good but not exceptional. The shrimp and calamari was really good but the fish was not particularly impressive. Our waitress Jocelynne was very good but some friends who were also eating there were NOT impressed with their waitress. Oh, they do have slaw if you request it.

    Very friendly, Devin was our waitress. Super helpful. It was their pre-grand opening. Very cool theme. Loved the rope lights.
