This was my first time at Dolce Vita, and it was very enjoyable. The waitress, Debbie, was very nice. The owner came by to chat while we were eating - always a nice touch. The food was served very promptly even though they were pretty busy. And they were very flexible. My friend and I both ordered the salmon florentino. I got mine as listed on the menu, a 10 oz salmon filet on pasta, with grilled mushrooms, spinach, and Alfredo sauce. They were happy to serve my friend the salmon, mushrooms and spinach without sauce or pasta, and some beautiful grilled vegetables on the side. Both versions were delicious.
One of the top 20 meals I've had in my life. Many restaurants in this area tone down their seasoning, but not Dolce Vita. From our bruschetta to the Gnocchi dish with Italian sausage (sorry, I've forgotten the name) and even the house dressing were perfectly spiced.
Service was attentive and timely. Dishes were appropriately timed (rare at even the better restaurants these days), even the bussing of the table was perfectly timed. Overall, an excellent experience.
Best food I've had in 3-4 years, best customer service I've ever had. Would be 6/5 stars if possible. Mr. Bruno will talk to the customers in the restaurant and make sure you are having excellent food and service. Frank Sinatra music is great too
We loved this place! Debbie was amazing to our family - our kids loved her. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was so friendly. We can’t wait to come back when we visit Hot Springs Village again.
Our grandparents invited us to a lovely dinner here and it was splendid. I ordered the Gnocchi Bolognese with the creamy pesto sauce. The flavors and texture were wonderful. I added spinach and sausage to the dish, and it complimented the dish nicely. We ended the night with four cannolis, and they are a must when coming to Dolce Vita. I did not get a chance to take pictures there, but I took a few at home.
