Thank you Chef Flint and team for a GREAT Sunday buffet lunch. Chef Flint IS HOSPITALITY and his food is awesome! I'll be back to help the Southern Spoon succeed!
Absolutely delicious southern cooking! I had Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy and cabbage, I couldn’t have cooked them better myself. The peach cobbler for dessert was really good too. We will be going back!
The folks on here giving a 1 should be ashamed. While I agree it’s a little pricey, I have to recognize it is not cheap to run a restaurant in today’s economy The service was great. Nice seating area with plenty of room. My wife and I loved the chicken and my son went back for 3rds on the catfish (it does have some bones but catfish have bones ya know). Salad bar needs tomatoes. It’s not a casino buffet (remember they subsidize those to get you in) but it was ok.
Not a bad buffet. It is a kind of pricey at $18 a person without drinks. The food was decent - could be better - but it is a buffet. We were there for a "Thursday" buffet at around 4 pm. This included a choice of baked or fried chicken, hamburger steak with onions, mashed potatoes, greens, northern beans, salad bar, and raspberry cobbler. For two people to include drinks the meal was $45.76 with tax. The service was very friendly and had a down home feel to it. They also have a separate menu to order food freshly cooked from the grill.
