    This place is fantastic.

    Since I am not a big fan of traditional sushi, I usually stick to a couple safe options I know, but Hiro Hiro has some stuff that made me branch out.

    I'm sure sushi purists would scoff at chicken in a roll, but the Flaming Texarkana was incredible and I can't wait to go back for another one, plus something new.

    The prices are great and the creative combinations make this my new favorite spot when I come back to town. Highly recommend.

    This place has the best, yes I said it, the best hibachi food anywhere. Get the chicken, shrimp, and steak (Medium rare)combo. It is better than any sitdown restaurant I have been too. Do yourself a favor, and find this unassuming food truck in Hope. If you are on the hwy make the exit. You will not regret it.
