Morina's Italian Restaurant

My husband and two young daughters have eaten here twice and have been very pleased both times. We initially went to The Purple Onion yesterday and we were seated and left to wait for at least 20 minutes and never were waited on, so we decided to leave and went to Morina's. We were waited on immediately at Morina's and had the friendliest waitress, Alexia. She was very attentive and so kind to myself, husband and 2 young daughters. Exceptional food, fast and reasonable prices. Could not have asked for better service and will absolutely be coming back. If I lived in Cabot I would definitely eat there at least once a week if I could. Definitely my favorite Italian spot and favorite sit down restaurant I've been to in years.

This was the BEST Italian food we have had in a long time! AND they had gluten free pasta! Prices were very reasonable too. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. We will definitely be back with the whole family!

Stopped to have lasagne. The portions were ample and delicious! Must return soon to try their pizza. The only downside was no wine with my meal. It's definitely not a deal breaker with the food so good.

Wife and I have eaten here on different occasions and it’s always good. Looking for fresh Italian look no further, this is the spot. And if you have a taste for steak I would recommend giving it a try. Almost forgot, once you’ve placed your order ask about there bread/rolls and olive oil. It seems fresh every time we come hot and delicious.

If you get there early in the evening, the food is great. (Most of the time)The closer to closing time, the lower the quality. We arrived about 1 hour before closing. I had the feeling they were more worried about cleaning up and going home.

The decor of the interior is dated it's very old looking.
it's very wore out looking the seating in the booths have sunk in areas and rips and tape on the cushions the chairs at the table are wobbly the ceiling tiles are dingy and show stain marks from leaks so if you're coming here for a beautiful restaurant go somewhere else this is not the place to impress your date or to spoil your wife. but if you're coming for good food at a fair price, then you'll like this spot.

And I have to add that 90% of the time, the food is good, but once in a while, they're having a bad night.
Twice in the 8 times we've gone there the food was not very good and to my surprise a manager never came out to find out what was wrong - it's as if management doesn't care at least I think if they did they'd have made a visit to the table. One of the two times the food was bad, it was so bad that we refused to accept it and we left.
The second time we complained to the server the server offered us a discount we told her no thank you we paid our bill we left our tip and I was disappointed that a manager never came out to find out why we were not pleased.

The service is always friendly and happy.
The waiters and waitresses are top-notch at this place
