Excellent shakes. I am not a gym rat but the protein shakes are top notch with so many selections to choose from. The prices are reasonable. The new owner, I belive his name is Steve, is a really awesome guy and I enjoy our conversations. Totally recommend VIP Nutrition, well worth the time and price. 5 STARS.
