Nick's Bar-B-Q & Catfish

This place is the best, what a great find, been here 2x on my travels and its just the best. I got pulled pork nachos on fries, the cheese sauce is out of this world. Fried pickles are great to.

I had the chicken strips with fries and coleslaw. I really enjoyed the chicken strips a lot. They were tender, juicy and thick. Apart from the food, the service is good - not overpowering on customers but not following up on customer's take comfort. I will recommend ordering appetizers as the food takes a while to arrive. Overall, I give this place a 4 for the love of the food.

I'm tough to impress when it comes to bbq. Nick's is the real deal! Soooo delicious!!! The chicken is mouthwatering, their sauce is so good!
Add to that, they have truck parking! Lots of it!!! Weary truckers if you are anywhere near Carlyle AR they are right off I-40. The atmosphere inside is so southern and charming and the wall of celebrities that eat here is amazing!
I'm not kidding, you need to come here! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Aweosme place. The food it's very very tasty, and you feel that has been smoked for good period of time.
Very delicious and they have also 20-30 spots for semitrucks!!!

Heard about this place from a friend so I stopped in to give it a try. Ordered the meal with BBQ ribs, fried catfish and fried shrimp. Comes with hushpuppies. Sides were cole slaw and Baked beans. Fried green tomatoes for appetizer. The ribs were excellent, tender n tasty. The house bbq sauce is great. The cocktail sauce for the shrimp was really good. The catfish were cooked perfectly. The baked beans were nice with a little spice to em. The fried green tomatoes were perfect. My server started out good but then forgot 2 items and she did not return for awhile so I had to get some help from another. Another server brought one of the items and they got my server's attention to bring the other. When the food is good and the kitchen is doing their part, but the help is lacking(no, they were not busy), might want to tweek it. I'd return here to try some more of the food items offered if I'm in town. Hopefully my server will be more attentive. 😊👍
