Was my first time eating there. Everything was amazing. Chicken Spaghetti is on point! There black eyed peas are to die for. The rolls are good! I'll definitely be going back there. I could eat there food for each meal!

I just had the best fried pork chop I have had in the longest time! It was soooo good! Great collard greens too. HIGHLY recommend this place and their very friendly staff

This place is amazing! The staff are so friendly. The food was incredible! My husband and I had the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, fried okra and garlic toast. If u want a delicious home cooked meal this is the place. The country fried steak was the best we have ever had. The bathrooms were also cleaner than I’ve ever seen a public bathroom. If your going through texarkana stop and give it a try. U won’t regret it. Also reasonable priced

Very good southern cooking. The collard greens are awesome. Pintos surprise with a small amount of hamburger meat. Quite a good and diverse daily selection. Tea was perfect. The cornbread muffins are an excellent bread choice to combine with the meal offerings. I would eat here again and again. There is not much table room, so right before, or right after lunch is a perfect time to go. Enjoy.

Food was good, would have been better if the main dish was hot. I had the smothered pork chop, my husband had the chicken fried steak both were cold. The sides were hot and cooked to perfection. Deserts were delicious chocolate cake and strawberry cake.
The fans were on high with the a/c running had it a bit cold inside but the ambiance was nice.
