Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

For some odd reason Popeyes always has trouble screwing things up. Either they are always out of something, it takes too long, or they get your order wrong. The location on hwy 33 seems to be the worst offender. The location on California seems to do a better job. I don't know if it's something corporate is doing wrong by not training their management correctly or some other reason. The only reason I gave it a 3 is because the food is their saving grace. Always check your food and your receipt before driving off unless you want to get home and find half of your order missing.

Excellent service. Staff were very friendly and polite. Restaurant was clean. I don’t live in the area but frequently pass through and this will definitely be a repeated stop.

The food is usually very good. This trip not so much. My hubby gets a 2 piece with surcharge for 2 breasts & always gets cole slaw. Well when we got home it was 2 thighs & beans & rice, I always get a 5 piece strips & mashed taters & gravy. I only got 3 strips. I don't like paying more as things has went up but I do mind paying more & not getting my correct order.
