Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went to the drive thru on a Friday night, the line moved very fast, the person taking the orders was very polite and patient with the car ahead of me that kept changing up their order. The food was still warm when I got home, 15 min drive. The spicy chicken breast meal is always my go to and it was hot, crispy and delicious. The red beans and rice is my favorite side and the fluffy biscuit with a dab of honey is a perfect compliment. The Jacksonville location is soo much better than the Sherwood location and the same drive for me. Will go there again for sure.

They forgot to put my jalapeno peppers in the bag that I paid for, and also my shrimp was hard and had been sitting under a heating lamp for too long,and the majority of them were just hard crust without the shrimp,and it was barely any in the box, i definitely didn't get what I paid for! I didn't feel like driving all the way back there,so I didn't even call the manager, which I'm sure he would have tried to correct the problem! But the chicken was really hot and crispy/ fresh! I won't even post the picture of the shrimp 😏
