Tasty new breakfast spot in downtown Little Rock!
TL:DR
This is a delicious spot for breakfast/brunch in the downtown area. Smaller menu than some places, but fresh ingredients and flavor combinations!
Details:
Stopped in here on a Tuesday morning early (7:15) and was one of only a few people in the restaurant. Server was quick and attentive, but not bothersome.
I got the "Mother of All Biscuits" dirty style, with hot sauce, bacon, and local honey... it was a mess! A delicious, sticky, sweet, spicy, mess. Incredible flavor in every bite, and enough to fill me up for sure.
It was more expensive than grabbing a Chick-fil-A sandwich, obviously, but for a breakfast place downtown, the price wasn't bad.
It was quiet and friendly, and I would definitely return!
First time in Little Rock and scoping out breakfast places, we came upon this one. Pretty cool atmosphere, server Angel was fantastic and friendly. I ordered the Redneck Benny, which was awesome cuz it was real ham, not lunch meat ham. All around fantastic spot for breakfast!!
Upon entering I was the greatest promptly and complimented my outfit. Scoping out the environment it was obvious the interior design was to follow a 70s diner with a contemporary twist. Basically if Denny's was bourgeois.
The menu was simple and easy to read which I appreciate. I was able to select the chicken and waffles alongside a freshly squeezed cup of grape fruit juice.
The food arrived so fast I was skeptical of its freshness but my first bite proved me otherwise. My biggest critique is the fact that my food wasn't steaming hot which is what I prefer to measure its freshness by eye.
It was nice to be checked on throughout the duration of my meal. As I wrap this up I will be back to try the other menu options!
First encountered BBB at their Oxford, MS location and was amazed by the food! Imagine my surprise when they opened 2 locations in Little Rock, AR! I love great food. And consistently great food always gets my business.
My go to order is the BBB skillet (have noted it can be a bit oily on occasion). My wife loves the shrimp & grits. My cousin ordered the avocado toast and I'm definitely giving it a try at some point. Both pictured.
Great downtown Little Rock breakfast eatery. Very clean and open seating throughout. Very extensive menu with all your favorite breakfast options. The food was delicious.
