Gozen Japan House Bowman

Good portion size for the price. Ordered Gozen combo: steak and chicken and vegetable fried rice. Service was quick. Staff were friendly. Both dishes came with the yum yum sauce on the side, but we didn’t really use the sauce other than to dip meat and veggies in.

Had the tonkotsu Ramen and the spicy miso Ramen both with pork. Best tonkotsu Ramen I've had. Crab Rangoon had imitation crab, for $6 well worth it. Sushi was good. Pork steam bun was phenomenal. Overall a solid Ramen spot. Definitely recommend this Ramen place. Prices are phenomenal.

I had 2 different meals here recently. First I tried the tonkatsu ramen with a side of gyozas. The ramen was just ok. The braised pork was quite tender but the broth was just meh. The gyozas were very good though.
For the 2nd meal I had their combo fried rice which includes chicken, beef and shrimp. This dish was pretty tasty. I tried it with a little yum yum sauce and that makes it even better, I think. I'll probably come back and try their hibachi stuff sometime.

So happy we decided to try Gozen! I ordered the edamame, spicy tuna roll, and chicken&shrimp hibachi. It was all delicious! Sushi was super fresh. Hibachi was cooked well, my shrimp were cooked perfectly and chicken was not overdone. Service was also very friendly and fast. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

I was very impressed with the teriyaki chicken. I look forward to trying more dishes. The food was fresh and the management was very courteous.
