Food choice. L40 Smokeshack Cuban Grilled cheese sandwich. Beer Rooster Illusion, Munich. helles, Burton’s ESB, and Tropical Confision
Cannot speak for the food because my visit had a limited menu, but the beer was amazing. Arguably one of the best in the state.
We stopped here for dinner on a Wednesday and the place was hopping. We enjoyed our meal and the flight of beers. The black eyed pea dip was our favorite of the evening and we were impressed to find vegan options available as well. Service was good, and the food came out fairly quick, considering how busy they were. The atmosphere was what you would expect a brewery to have. You could smell the beer making in progress from the parking lot. They have indoor and outdoor dining options available. The inside has windows into their brew house which was pretty cool.
They have a really laid back vibe here. There’s an outdoor patio with seating. The waiters were pretty nice and really took their time with my order. This was my first time at at a brewery like this. The Stinger was amazing!! Very flavorful. The beer and drinks are not too pricey.
Came for dinner and this place was PACKED! Our server was super nice but clearly busy cuz we would go 10-15 minutes between seeing her. The beers were good and I liked the selection. Trash Panda was probably my favorite but I liked that they had some more experimental stuff (the sour stout). Much respect there.
Food was really good! The black eyed pea dip was amazing. Pizzas were very good and a good size. The buffalo sauce didn’t taste like Buffalo sauce, more like a habanero hot sauce. Decent flavor but I feel like it should have a different name haha.
The beer to go was on the expensive side for stuff I thought was good, not great. The doppelbock at $15 for a 4-pack of 12oz cans is price point for a great beer imo. BUT I’m a picky guy when it comes to brewery reviews.
Overall I was happy and will go back but I couldn’t quite get to calling it a 5*
