Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Popeyes is our favorite chicken place. No disappointment here. 4 pieces of chicken is cheaper than 2 pieces across the street. I literally just came from across the street where I ordered 2 pieces and they did not have one of the 2 pieces that usually come with it. They said it would take 25 minutes to fry up. I saved money and got more pieces. The only problem is the pieces of chicken are shrinking or have gone on a diet.
I tried the new blackened chicken sandwich and was disappointed. It was small and not much flavor.

I finally got a opportunity to try the chicken sandwich and it was huge. Much bigger than I thought. I swung through the drive-thru and it was still steamy and hot when I got home. I got the original, but I think for a sandwich, it was way over battered. The chicken was juicy and tasty. It was good, but I don't think I would make a regular thing out of it.
