Three Fold Noodles + Dumpling Co. at Pleasant Ridge

Awesome Restaurant. The vibe of this location puts the downtown location to shame. The lighting, seating, and space is sweet. The food is also great, the portions are perfect. Flavor is amazing. I’ve eaten here more and more as time goes on and it’s yet to disappoint.

The dumplings and noodle bowls are the go-to. Highly recommend getting the medium spice. It’s enough for spicy lovers as well as people wanting just a bit of spice. I’ve yet to try most of their drink options. But definitely plan on it.

Met a manager who rang us up. Was pleased to see us I mean genuinely pleased. Help us order and much-needed suggestions.
The food was semi-fast but delicious.
I love a good dim sum or dumpling. I was surprised by how thick the dumpling noodle wall was, not a bad thing just not expected.
My bowl was a good amount of food and prepared nicely. The ambiance was very clean and organized. Didn't see waitresses much but then again didn't need much.
A bit pricey, great flavors, I would visit again, but not an everyday lunch spot.

Construction outside on main road is a beast.

I had been wanting to try this out. Asian style Breakfast?! You can't go wrong! The Scallion pancake is huge! It's filled with yummiest of vegetables and tasty surprising flavors! The milk toast with tea scented eggs (yep!) take a chance it's going knock your socks off, but my favorite part aside from straw mushrooms, shrimp and that drizzle was the carrot spread 😋 . Oh and the lattes...let's just say I tried all three and wow!

So good! I went there around 9 for breakfast and it was pretty empty and relaxed. I got the congee bowl and the black sesame latte and loved them both! I had a few questions about the menu items and the young man on cashier was super helpful and nice and even offered so recommendations. The service was fast, the food was hot and fresh, and the latte was superior!! Plenty of space to choose where to eat, natural lighting, very clean and minimalistic space, and overall just a comfortable place to be no matter the time of the day. Definitely going to come back and recommend to friends and family.

Wow! (Is that enough of a review?)
First of all, you walk through the door and it smells AMAZING!
Then you taste the fresh, made-to-order food and it is incredible!
There actually ended up being a mix up, and my food was given to another table, so I had to wait longer for my meal, but the manager on duty was incredibly attentive, asked if she could bring me something while I waited. Even though I declined, she showed up a few minutes later with fresh sesame balls (which were incredible)!
Great food, great service, great staff.
Go here today! ... and probably tomorrow too!
