    Hands down, I am in love with this franchise of Starbucks. Consistent coffee making with great personalities.

    I ordered a venti caramel macchiato and went next door to Kroger to grocery shop. I was back less than 30 minutes later because I dropped my coffee as soon as I walked in the door. They heard me and remade it without charging me. I don't pay 5-7 bucks for my coffee. I pay that for the experience and customer service that they seamlessly deliver. I'll be back!

    Today I was meeting a friend for coffee and catching up. Baristas were taking care of customers, training new baristas, making sure the store was clean and still making sure the customers felt welcome. This is a great location. I have on one occasion, asked for a beverage that they were unfamiliar with. Rather than ask me to make a different choice, the barista asked the manager, who happily & patiently walked him through the recipe! It was a pleasant surprise.
