Black Bear Diner North Little Rock

All I can say is service was great food was WOW good. If your in the area or just visiting you have to come and try there good food and price is reasonable. And have to shout out (Earnest) our Server he was great and amazing. I'm very happy with the meals and service.

I’m visiting from Georgia and walked into such a wonderful experience. Earnest greeted me and quickly took me to my table. Breakfast is my love language and there was so many choices. I loved the option of a full service menu all day! Made it hard to choose but I got the vegetarian omelette, grits and French toast. This was a treat for me and I would definitely be back. Thanks Earnest for your quick and friendly service.

The food came out in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken fried steak with two over- medium eggs. That was delicious. I wish the steak would've been pounded out thinkner, but the crust was excellent(crispy & stayed on the steak when slicing). They didn't provide enough gravy to steak. The portions served are comparable to the price. They serve Pepsi products, and the root beer was blah. That all said, the food is good, and I look forward to coming back to try some other menu items. An added plus... they allow you to substitute a pancake for the buscuit that comes with most meals.

The service in this place is top notch. Earnest was our waiter, and he was attentive and accommodating to us. I was looking for something vegan, and he was so helpful with the modifications for the dish I wanted. It was no trouble at all. I got their veggie scramble with red skin potatoes instead of scrambled eggs and additional veggies. My husband got a plate of scrambled eggs, bacon and a fruit bowl. Everything was delicious. It was our first time here, and we can’t wait to be back!

A good dining experience, visited during lunch. Great service, reasonable portions of food and good quality of food. I had the fried chicken dinner, wife had the Rueben sandwich and thought the Rueben was awesome, a must try again.
