    It's okay. No worse than any other fast food chain. CHECK your order before you leave! Still ten times better service than that dumpster fire popeyes down the street.

    Service has greatly improved. Wait time for large orders is less than 10 minutes. I order at the window & if I have to wait, I drive around to the front door & they bring it to my car. The last 4 times I went the staff were very friendly & helpful. The chicken is good. I tried the lemon cake last time & it was good & moist. I only wish they would bring back green beans as a side.
