Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered and paid in the app. When I got there they asked my name and told me to drive up to the window, but then they asked my name again- looked confused and asked me to hold on a minute. The manager then came to the window and asked- very matter-of-factly "did you get your confirmation email?" at which point I showed her the email. Then she asked me what I ordered and started putting my order together. The food is usually decent, but the attitude of the staff and the quality of the service LEAVE A LOT TO BE DESIRED. 😕

It could have been so much better. We asked for ALL spicy and got 12 piece of regular chicken. The food was fresh but I wish I would have received what I asked for. This happens too often at this location. 😕

I work in Maumelle and have eaten at every food place in the area. This location has the BEST customer service I’ve experienced by far! Everyone is so kind and the food is always fresh! I did not get the man’s name that took my order today, but he had my order done and in my hands in less than 2 min with a big smile. I wish more places had a team like this. KEEP BEING THE BEST!
