We headed here on a Wednesday night, and while it was busy, they got people through pretty quickly. Drive through is the primary business, though they do have outside seating when the weather is nice.

The custard is amazing, and their combinations are incredible. I had a concrete with bread pudding and butterscotch, and I loved it. We also tried a birthday cake shake and a few "normal" concretes. All were wonderful.

The service was great too - quick and friendly. I will be back every time I'm in Little Rock. It's worth the trip.

This place is legendary. They are well known for how good they are. The food is outstanding....even though all they serve are hot dogs....the hot dogs taste good, all of the toppings they use are really good. Now...let's talk about how AMAZING their milkshakes are....wow, I mean wow they are good. I always get the Banana Nut Bread milkshake....oh its delicious. You cannot go wrong at ScoopDog if you like delicious hot dogs and great ice cream concoctions.

We love to come here for the ice cream! My husband tries all kinds. The Standard Poodle was the most recent and I usually stick with a brownie and cherry concrete. Everything we try is yummy! Recently we started trying the hot dogs and they are delicious. So far we have had the Chicago dog, New York dog and the Kansas City dog. And my 5yo can get a dog with only ketchup too. You can drive thru or park and sit. Be sure to bring cash or check as they do not accept CC for payment.

The custard was delicious and I didn't have any issues with the chocolate lab sundae. It was drive thru only and we had to eat it in the car. That cost them a star and will stop again when in the area!
