Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We went through the drive thru. The staff on the headset was patient and kind with us. She was able to give suggestions AND she put us into combos to save us from spending to much!! The food was excellent. The service was impeccable. The laid back, easy going atmosphere was just what we needed!

I went through the drive through and placed an order for my daughter and her boyfriend who just had a baby. Took a long time to place my order as they were out of some of the items like Mac n Cheese. In the middle of ordering our meal there was a girl who said gross!!! What? Then I pull up n pay and they ask me to pull over n give them a few minutes. Took about 25 minutes. Finally get my food, get to my daughter's house which is 25 minutes away. So far out she doesn't have cell phone service and not all our food was in the bag. Benton location is typically slow. Food is great service is slow.

I arrived @ 10;15, they don't open until 10:30 for lunch..The nice young lady took my order, I was 4th in line, 3 ahead of me. I placed my order which was a 12 piece mix of regular & spicy chicken, 2 sides of fries and 8 biscuits
When I got to the window I was greeted with a smile then she said "ma'am it's going to be about 7 minutes for your children is that OK? Of course I said, pulling forward 2 car length. It was 4 minutes later she brought out my fresh warm chicken dinner. I tipped her $3 saying thanks for the hospitality and speedy service. I definitely recommend Popeye's Chicken in Benton. I'm a satisfied customer and will be back soon!

The cashier working drive thru was so courteous . The chicken and potatoes were hot and fresh. There was a small wait time, due to the Apple pie not being ready. Overall, great experience.
