Starbucks

I ordered a grande brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso - something I’ve ordered at multiple locations - and the cup was so full of ice the lid would barely stay on. The top inch of the drink
was foam that was quickly dissipating, and about 2/3 of the cup held actual drink. I asked why the cup was so empty and was informed that is “Starbucks standard” and how they’re required to make it. But it’s apparently not required at all locations because I’ve never seen that before or since. I got about 5 swallows of coffee and the cup was empty. Pretty disappointing, as was the attitude of the person at the window.

Overall great! This is one of the busiest Starbucks. I thought Cabot was busy. I always order online it takes me about 5 to 10 mins to get there. I rarely have to wait long unless I order food. But not much you can do about that. TBH I think they need a bigger shop with storage. There are always boxes in the lobby. But other than that the staff is always working hard. Y'all are doing great keep it up.

Elle thank you so much for always being so kind and the other staff as well. You also always make this drink and others perfect to the last drop every time. You effort should be recognized more, so thank you greatly for everyday you’re at work doing this!

On a road trip passing through at about 9:30 am. I walked into the store but there was also a drive through option available. Tori was SO nice, welcoming, patient and accommodating. I think they were in the middle of restocking because there were a bunch of boxes waiting to be unpacked, but that didn't bother me. There were 7 people working, and the energy was so positive and supportive amidst the hustle and bustle as they all worked together as a team to make it a well oiled machine to serve customers. Great teamwork, you can tell that lovely people work here, and they work hard. Thank you for a great experience! Another bonus: rainbow 🌈 pride flag on the door. ❤️
