    Had the brisket plate. Brisket was good but not great. Sides were average. Loved the BBQ sauce selection on the table.

    Very delicious tender beef brisket…will be back and highly recommend to anyone whom traveling thur the area to jump off I-30 to get away from the crazy traffic to stop at Whole Hog Cafe for a quick experience there 👍

    Mediocre BBQ. Certainly not "award winning" or "championship" quality as they tout. Brisket was incredibly dry and sliced so thin it was more like roast beef. Pulled chicken was decent. Brisket burnt ends were even over cooked and tough.

    We ordered the ribs, pulled pork sandwich, brisket sandwich, potato salad, coleslaw, and fries…. Yum! They have at least 6 barbecue sauces, and I believe my favorite one was #1. I think that’s their signature one. Highly recommend if you’re craving barbecue!
