    This is a hidden gem! Heavy on Greek food choices, but also other items to choose from. Very fresh! I am so happy to have found it, we will be taking the 45 minute drive often, it's worth it.

    Another great pick from Google maps for a local eatery! We were driving through Waldron just after lunchtime on Sunday and asked Google maps for a recommendation. Amber's Bistro came up first on the list and it's a 5 star pick for sure. Perfect spot for a light lunch, we had the soup of the day, cream of chicken and rice, with a sandwich. The soup was warm and inviting, just like the owner. As we were finishing our meal, we chatted about small town life. We felt welcome, something you don't always get in a small town cafe. We will be making Amber's Bistro our stopping spot for lunch in Waldron.

    I only park here when the station is so busy it's full, but they let me park there without complaining. So I like them.
