Panda Express

The Panda Express in Fort Smith has vastly improved since opening. I myself love Panda and have been a fan since a kid. In the beginning of the stores opening their Quality Control was terrible, and I had a couple wrong orders, but that is to be expected since training 40 plus new employees can be a task to accomplish. Since the fort smith location has opened they have greatly improved and I can confidently say this is the best panda I have tried. I went in and was promptly greeted and heard the tunes being whistled and sung by the kitchen. The one cook in the back with the long hair and the round glasses is a hoot to hear chirping his tunes while he merrily pushes out fantastic tasting food. Thank you for such a pleasant experience Panda of Fort Smith. If you went two months ago and didn’t like it I highly suggest giving the store another try for they have greatly improved.

The employees Windsor and Javier are fantastic workers! I’ve been there a handful of times now and they always ensured that I got my food quick and that the place was kept clean! The food wasn’t bad however the brown rice I ordered was very dry. I recommend this place as it has better potential with employees like Javier and Windsor!

Patiently waiting for this place to open. The building is so beautiful. What a great addition to the Fort Smith area!

Now that I’ve gotten the pleasure to eat here: Good food, my order is always ready on time, friendly staff w/ great customer service. Definitely recommend.

So I guess I will be the first true review. As of 5/22/22 the restaurant has now opened. I am actually here on the first day it is open. The line for the drive through is out to the street and the line inside is ridiculously long, but I got my food within 15 minutes of arriving. Great food and a great service all around. Really happy with how fast we got our food and the price considering how many people were there.
