I love the home cooked food and the family atmosphere there. The food is always awesome and fresh and hot! I recommend this place to anyone in the Fort Smith area.

Down home food and people, including. Customers! Chicken fried steaks so large they have to have their own plate. Strangers will you will meet so friendly you'll have them pull up a chair and join you!

First time I had ever been there for lunch and my goodness was it good. I had the chili cheese fries. The waitress wanted to know if I wanted a small or large order? Well, I was rather hungry so I told her a large order............mistake. the order was SO large, I couldn't eat it all so my wife are some as well and still had enough to take home.
The chili tasted so good. It reminded me of the chili that was used back in the 60's when I was a soda jerk/ cook.

Definitely love the place. One of my ex’s work there, and she’s a phenomenal waitress, and is a very kind hearted individual with a great sense of humor. You don’t even have to ask for her, if you see a short dark haired girl with a tattoo named Whitney, you’ll be highly pleased with the customer service she provides in this namesake establishment. It’s also one of the finer old town feel restaurants that make you feel like you’re back in time with all their nostalgia inside. VERY CLEAN, VERY CHEAP PRICES. On top of the AMAZING customer service, the food is a absolute dream.

I've had the Chicken fried steak dinner, the Seafood platter, and the Catfish dinner. All were absolutely delicious and served hot. Service has always been great. Bathrooms clean.
Friendly atmosphere and clean environment. Parking is a bit small and tight, but well worth the food!
