This is in my opinion the best place to grab a burger in Fort Smith. The burgers taste amazing. The staff is always friendly and willing to fix any mistake no questions asked. The store is always clean and presentable. You even get to watch them make the food. I got a sandwich the other day and well my wife did, but when it got to me it was made wrong. She called and told them about the mistake. They said no worries come by and we can fix it. They didn't ask for any receipt or the first sandwich back. They were so courteous like an old fashion diner use to be. They have some of the best customer service in the city. You people have got to stop in if you haven't already.
Not bad I wouldn't say they were the best but they are good however they are $$$
Best burger and fries around. Definitely would tell people to go. Also try the cajun fries. They are to die for.
Five Guys is hands-down my favorite place to get a burger. Several years ago, I had my first Five Guys burger in Springfield, MO. It was amazing. The interior had a great atmosphere and looked great. Their awards & reviews were all over the walls. Not long after I got back home to Fort Smith, AR, I was delighted to hear that a Five Guys franchise would be opening where I lived. This location is just as great as every other location I’ve eaten at. I know this is a lengthy review, but I guess I could be described as a fanatic. One of the cool things is that ALL toppings (other than the cheese if you want it) are free. You can have 0 or 15 for the same price. Also, you watch them prepare the food, and their french fries are made from fresh potatoes. I could go on, but I think I’ll stop here.
