McAlister's Deli

Got our order wrong, cashier seemed a little perturbed to fix our order but food was fantastic as usual for all the other McAlister's I have been to over the years. A little better customer service goes a long ways, esp at 10$ + per sandwich venue so 3 out of 5 stars for me.

This is a GREAT McAlister's location. Despite the fact that they are on the main road through Fort Smith, across from a major hospital and in the heart of miles of large and small businesses, this place keeps a very high standard. The same menu item that was very unappealing at another location was fantastic here. Everything is fantastic here. Soups are hot, salads are fresh, sandwiches are great. The baked potatoes are massive, desserts are delicious, they're always adding something new or seasonal to the menu and they have the best iced tea with nice large cups to take out. The staff is very attentive and polite, the premises are always clean and even when it's full, you never have to wait very long for your order to be brought to your table.

A change from the usual fast food fare, with table service. Tried the pick 2 option, sandwich was great but the soup was a bit too cheesy if that is a thing. Maybe adult fast food is a better description?. Very clean

I had heard about McAlister's for several years before getting around to try it. And I was not disappointed! Their sweet tea is the best (other than my momma's, of course). I have decided to do their "Pick 2" and try different things each time I come. My favorite so far is the Sweet Chipotle Chicken sandwich. I highly recommend McAlister's!

This location is like most others. Our food was good and so was the tea but there were only a couple of friendly and attentive employees. One employee was cleaning and the other was the young man taking our order. We did have an issue with our order, a build your own sandwich and children's meal but it was resolved to our liking and we left with our order. The restaurant and restrooms were clean but there was a foul odor when we walked in the front doors. Might return to this location. This location could easily be missed but is conveniently off of a main road. There is only one way in and one way out. It is a little hard to get in and out of during high traffic times.
