Fantastic! This was my first experience here and I loved every bit of it. The atmosphere is trendy but not pretentious and the seating is so varied that it invokes a more comfortable feeling as if dining at a friend's home. While some restaurants might have chosen to use every square inch to cram in another table, they have relaxed easy chairs and fireplaces to just enjoy yourself. Though called "Uncork'd" I went for the flight of beer on tap and was surprised at the knowledge of my waitress in helping me find just what I was looking for. The food is incredible! We started with Tapas and ended up with a full meal. Seriously the sweet potato side item should not be missed. Would I go back? YES. Literally my experience was so good, I was compelled to share with Google how awesome it really was. Well done!!!!
1st visit. It was classy but comfortable. Listened to a great jazz singer, Tabitha Graves tonight which made the evening that much more enjoyable!
I didn't get to experience the 'wine wall' but will next time. The outdoor patio looked inviting with the outdoor fireplace. Looking forward to my next visit.
This had been our favorite place in town to go for drinks and appetizers since it opened. Since they've expanded their menu, it is now our favorite place for dinner and drinks. Last night we tried the caprese pie (think margarita pizza) and the bay scallops. Both were outstanding. Add the great drink menu and always very friendly service and this is a great place to spend an evening.
I’ve been to Uncork’d several times and the experience only gets better. Great and knowledgeable staff, friendly patrons and the wall of wine is the best. If you are not sure what type of wine you might like or you like to sample, you will love it. The new menu is out and delicious. I’ve had the Impossible Burger and yes it is Impossible to tell the difference between whether it is meat or veggie, EXCELLENT!!! And the pizza with cauliflower crust, EXCELLENT!!! you will never want a flour crust again. I was sitting there trying to figure out how to make it at home (I’m still working on that one lol).
There is more that I haven’t done yet, the cigar bar/room, the patio which has blankets and heaters now that it is chilly. It’s pricey but Good...Go you will definitely enjoy yourself.
Loved it. Good selection of wines, beers, and cocktails. Great atmosphere, modern and eclectic. They have a cigar room that's really great.
