    We come from southern Louisiana, before leaving Hardy we decided to go eat. We stopped at Carol's Lakeview Restaurant and OMG!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. The food there was amazing. By far the best food I have eaten out of Louisiana. And as for their beef and vegetable soup, mmmm....mmmmmm.....mmmmmmm....even better than our Cajun version of it. Great job guys. Next time we are up here, we will be absolutely sure to return. ?

    Great food, Great service, Great People. If you’re in the area you have to have breakfast at Carol’s. My 8 year old said it was the best biscuits and gravy she’s ever had and the hash browns were cooked to perfection!
