Cajun Express

Tonight my wife Michelle and I tried Cajun Express for the first time. The gumbo was excellent! We had for our appetizers cheesy crawfish bread and crawfish pie. Two great choices. We ordered the ribeye steaks cooked medium, with baked potato and salad. I had shrimp with mine. The cook Will redefined in my opinion how a steak should be cooked. It was very tender and well seasoned. I could not even finish mine (a first). My wife had for dessert a dish with chocolate cake, ice cream, caramel and chocolate syrup on top. . It was decadent. The coffee I had was very good. A perfect finish to a perfect meal. The servers were very attentive and very professional. I strongly recommend this place and giving it 5 stars does not give this place justice.

Service and fish was Amazing!!! Air was not working very well at all. It was too hot to finish eating so we got To Go Plates! They have a new air conditioner but haven’t hooked it up yet. Again the Fish was SUPER!!! My pieces were very small and my husband’s pieces were huge! They do need to clean the salt and pepper shakers they are sticky. Will be back for more of that amazing Fish!!!

The fish was awesome! Also their chocolate dessert was soooo good! Service was great!
